SUNY New Paltz:
SUNY New Paltz was the first college to make a commitment to Winter Sun Farms. Last season they where are biggest institutional buyer and they are planning to do more this year. Steven Deutsch, Campus Auxiliary Services, Ralph Perez-Rogers, General Manager Campus Dining Services and Matt Flusser, Asst. Director of Campus Dining where instrumental in getting more local foods into the SUNY dining halls.
Vassar College:
Vassar College is only a few miles from our processing kitchen in Poughkeepsie. Kenny Oldehoff the Associate Director of the Retreat, has been a leader in procuring more local products for Vassar College. Kenny is a leader in the local food movement and helped to start the new Rosendale Farm Market. We are also doing a Winter share pick-up at Vassar this winter!

Ruth Molloy the food buyer for the High Falls Co-op jumped at the chance to be the first store to carry Winter Sun Farms product. The Co-op is a bastion of local food and community spirit and we are proud to be feature there.
