Member Agreement
Before purchasing online, all members must "Agree" to the statements below.
-I choose to become a member of Winter Sun Farms CSA
-I agree to pay for my membership in a timely manner
-I agree to keep my contact information up to date
-I agree to read emails sent by Winter Sun Farms in order to know of any changes in the workings of the CSA
-I understand that I must pick up my share on the designated day, at designated location and time
-I understand that, because there is no storage at distribution sites, shares not picked up during distribution will be donated or removed as each site sees fit
-I understand that if my share is not picked up during the designated hours on distribution day, that I will forfeit my share for that month.
-I understand that Winter Sun Farms uses a CSA model and will do everything within its means to satisfy its customers. In the event that WSF cannot provide shares due to unforeseeable circumstances outside of human control, WSF will do its best to refund for any losses. However, refunds are not guaranteed.
